These terms govern your use of outreachstack.io (the “Site”), operated by Global Pioneers LLC (“Outreachstack,” “we,” “our”). By accessing the Site you agree to be bound by them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
What we are
Outreachstack is a comparison and review directory for cold-email and sales-engagement software. We publish editorial content, pricing data, and side-by-side comparisons to help buyers evaluate options in this category. We are not the vendors of any tool we cover, and we don’t resell, host, or operate any of the tools featured. Clicking a link to a vendor moves you to their site, where their own terms apply.
Use of content
The content on outreachstack.io — editorial, scoring, comparison tables, methodology — is owned by Global Pioneers LLC. You may quote short excerpts for non-commercial purposes with attribution and a link back to the original page. You may not republish, scrape, or commercialize the content without our written permission. Vendors we cover have no ownership or editorial control over the content we publish about them, and may not republish our reviews without permission.
Affiliate links and disclosure
Outreachstack participates in affiliate programs with many of the tools we cover. When you click a “Try [Tool]” button or another tracked link, the click may pass through a redirector (e.g., /r/smartlead) that earns us a commission if you sign up. Commission rates vary by program — typically 10–35% of the first year of subscription revenue, sometimes recurring for the life of the customer account.
Affiliate commissions do not influence editorial scoring or ranking. The full disclosure is in our methodology page. Sponsored placements (when present) are marked with a Sponsored badge and follow the same disclosure standard.
Accuracy and editorial corrections
We make best efforts to keep pricing, feature, and integration data accurate. Pricing is scraped weekly from public vendor pricing pages; editorial scoring is reviewed quarterly. Despite that, data can be stale or incorrect — vendors change pricing without notice. If you find an error, email hello@outreachstack.io and we’ll review and correct.
Vendors who disagree with our scoring may submit evidence to partners@outreachstack.io. We’ll re-test against the published methodology and update if warranted, or explain why we won’t.
No warranty
The Site is provided “as is.” We don’t warrant that the content is error-free, current, or fit for a particular purpose. Our editorial reflects our opinion at the time of writing — your evaluation of any tool should include your own testing, the vendor’s current documentation, and your specific use case. Don’t make purchase decisions based solely on a comparison page.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Global Pioneers LLC, its operators, and contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or from a tool you found via the Site.
Newsletter
The Outreachstack newsletter is opt-in. Subscribing means you’ll receive periodic updates about pricing changes, new tool launches, and editorial work. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any issue. We don’t share, sell, or rent the subscriber list. Newsletter operations run on beehiiv; data handling is governed by their privacy policy in addition to ours.
Sponsorship and partner inquiries
Sponsored placements are sold via the sponsor page, billed through Stripe, and governed by a separate sponsor agreement provided at signup. Placement runs are limited per category to preserve editorial integrity. Sponsorship does not buy editorial outcomes — only visibility within clearly-marked sponsored slots.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when our operating model changes (e.g., new sponsorship structures, new editorial workflows). Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top of this page, and significant updates will be noted in the newsletter. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of [Operating State — to be specified by Global Pioneers LLC]. Disputes will be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction in that state.
