This policy describes what Outreachstack (operated by Global Pioneers LLC) collects when you visit outreachstack.io or subscribe to the newsletter, how we use that data, and how to ask us to delete it. We collect the minimum necessary to run the Site, and we don’t sell, rent, or otherwise commercialize the data we do collect.
What we collect
1. Analytics (anonymous)
We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand how the Site is used. These collect anonymous data — pageviews, referrers, country-level location, device class (desktop/mobile), browser family, and Core Web Vitals timings. We don’t use cookies for analytics, and we don’t personally identify individual visitors. You can read Vercel’s own privacy policy at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
2. Newsletter subscriptions
When you subscribe to the newsletter, we collect your email address. The subscriber list is managed through beehiiv, our newsletter platform. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter issue, and your address will be removed from our list. To request full deletion (including from beehiiv’s system), email hello@outreachstack.io.
3. Affiliate click tracking
When you click an affiliate link (anything that goes through /r/[tool-slug]), the destination vendor may set cookies or use other tracking to attribute your eventual signup to us. This is standard affiliate practice. We do not personally identify you in this flow — the vendor only knows the click came through our tracking link. Vendors have their own privacy policies governing what they do once you arrive on their site.
4. Contact and partnership inquiries
If you email us at any of our contact addresses (hello, sponsor, partners), your email content and address are stored in our Gmail inbox and any CRM we use to track partner relationships. We don’t add inquiry contacts to the newsletter without explicit opt-in.
5. Sponsor billing data
Sponsors who pay for placements are billed through Stripe. Stripe handles all payment data — we never see or store full card numbers. We retain transaction metadata (sponsor name, billing email, amount, dates) for accounting and tax reporting.
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell, rent, or share email addresses or any personal data with third parties for marketing.
- We don’t use behavioral retargeting pixels (no Facebook Pixel, no Google Ads conversion tracking on personal data, no LinkedIn Insights tag).
- We don’t track logged-in identities — there are no user accounts.
- We don’t use cookies for advertising. Beyond strictly-necessary site functionality, we don’t set cookies on first visit.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (EU/UK GDPR, California CCPA, etc.) you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@outreachstack.io with the request and the email address associated with your records. We’ll respond within 30 days.
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the unsubscribe link in any issue. This is the fastest way to stop us collecting newsletter-engagement data about you.
Children
Outreachstack is for B2B sales professionals. We don’t knowingly collect data from children under 16. If you believe a child has submitted data, email hello@outreachstack.io and we’ll delete it.
Data retention
- Analytics: Vercel Analytics retains anonymous pageview data for as long as the project is active.
- Newsletter subscriber list: retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
- Inquiry emails: retained in Gmail for ongoing partner relationships and tax record-keeping (typically 7 years).
- Sponsor billing data: retained for the duration of the IRS / tax authority retention requirement (7 years in the US).
International transfers
Our service providers (Vercel, beehiiv, Stripe, Gmail) operate in the United States. By using the Site or subscribing, you consent to your data being processed in the US under the policies of these providers.
Security
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS) for all data in transit. Sensitive credentials are stored in environment variables on Vercel’s infrastructure, not in version-controlled code. We run automated secret-scanning on every code change to prevent accidental credential exposure. We don’t store any payment card data ourselves — that lives with Stripe.
Changes
Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Significant updates (e.g., new third-party services, new data categories) will be noted in the newsletter.
